Welcome Back Bloomers!
I have a tasty drink to share with you all. So recently I was on Tiktok and saw a video of a lady making her fresh squeezed pomegranate juice and decided to give it a try but add a spin to it. Now I tried this and thought I would not like it but apparently my taste buds have changed over time and this was SMASHING. My most favorite thing about this drink is that it does not contain any sugar additives. Unbelievable right!
INGREDIENTS
2 Pomegranate’s
1 16 oz Vita Coco Coconut Water
Rolling Pin
Mason Jar
Gallon size Ziplock
Strainer
DIRECTIONS
Grab a container and fill with a cup of water. Cut the pomegranate in half and start to break apart the seeds into the container with water. [Make sure you are wearing an old shirt as it can get a little messy with the juice splashing] Once you are done, rinse the seeds then strain.
Add seeds to gallon ziplock back with no air trapped inside. Begin rolling the seeds until juice emerges in bag. Once you feel you are done cut a slit in the bottom corner of the ziplock bag and drain juice into mason jar. You can continue to squeeze seeds to get any excess juice out.
Finally, add your Vita Coco Coconut Water and BOOM you are all done and its time to throw it in the refrigerator.
